Jobsite Rules & Regulations

  1. PPE Requirements: Hard hats, boots & proper clothing must be worn at all times until the above ceiling inspections are complete.

  2. Hi-Vis Clothing: Class 2 high visibility clothing is required when motorized equipment is on site. The Superintendent may require it at all times.

  3. Dress Code: Wear appropriate work clothing - No shorts, sleeveless shirts, or offensive prints. Company-branded shirts are preferred.

  4. Housekeeping & Debris: Daily cleanup is required. Broom clean your work area daily. Use dump carts if no dumpster is on site. Provide one person to assist with trash haul-out. If a dumpster is available, remove your own debris daily.

  5. Common Areas: Keep restrooms, hallways, and shared areas clean and free of dirt or tracks. A vacuum is provided for use.

  6. Incidents & Reporting: Report all injuries, incidents, or hazards immediately to the Superintendent. Submit an incident report the same day to both the Superintendent and Safety Coordinator.

  7. Emergency Protocol: Report emergencies to the Superintendent or Project Manager first, unless the situation requires immediate external response (Police, Fire, EMS).

  8. Audio Devices: Radios allowed at the Superintendent’s discretion. Bluetooth headphones/earbuds are permitted if they meet OSHA Hearing Protection Standards (1910.95).

  9. Chemical Safety: Provide SDS sheets for all materials used on site. Submit new project SDS sheets to the site supervisor before use.

  10. Trip & Fall Prevention: Cover and mark floor openings 2” or larger. Keep walkways clear, store tools/equipment properly, and dispose of waste immediately.

  11. Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on all job sites. Violations may result in removal from the project.
